Sygenius provides Frozen Fish Direct web design, systems management, database management and web hosting. The site uses Sygenius Elements Content Management System to produce the web pages, the advanced order management features, and integration with the Card Payment Gateway. The system allows us to easily and cost effectively update our stock and all web pages.
An intranet installation of the Sygenius Elements also manages the back office systems including an integrated shop stock management system which manages all stock and sales in real time. The system integrates with Avery Berkel tills and weighing equipment which are approved by UK weights and measures.
