A fantastic Australian favorite, we used to call it Asian seabass. Barramundi can be baked, broiled, fried, sauteed, steamed, poached,or grilled on the 'barbie. Our's are line caught deep in the pacfic ocean. A great alternative to cod. THEY ARE 200-300 GRAMS SO APPROX 3-4 IN A BAG WITH SKIN ON individually vac packed.
