Our service and guarantee
Our first job each morning and last job every night is to check our post and emails, therefore, whenever possible, we will reply the same day to any enquiry we have. However, just to be safe, we will guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours.
Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as is possible (between 9 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday, or 24/7 answer phone). Please leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
All orders will be despatched by overnight carrier. They will be packed with dry ice in a polystyrene box, which will ensure your fish is still frozen when you receive it.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible, we will endevour to reslove any issues within 24 hours.
Where we deliver to:
We despatch our fish to most parts of the UK, not including offshore and excluding some northerly and western parts of Scotland where there is no "guaranteed next day" delivery service available, please note that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
Deliveries which are not signed for are left "at your risk", the driver unless instructed will leave the package by your front door out of sight of the main road if possible. If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative. Please make sure your delivery address can sign or leave clear instructions.
Out of Stock Items:
Our system usually ensures that items you can order are in stock and available but in the event of an item being out of stock on the despatch date, we will offer you an alternative product or refund.
Cards we Accept
We can process all major credit/debit cards except American Express and Diner Card.
When we can deliver
To make it easier for our customers the shopping cart page allows you to choose only valid delivery dates and any additional charge will be clearly shown before you checking out. However, if you would like to know the basis of our delivery charges and times please read the following:
Order must be made before 12 pm to allow us to pack and ship your order for delivery the following day. Delivery usually arrives by 6 pm. Since we pack and ship the day before delivery we regret that we do not offer Monday deliveries or on a Tuesday after a bank holiday.

Order TUESDAY BEFORE 12AM for delivery WEDNESDAY before 6PM
Order WEDNESDAY BEFORE 12AM for delivery THURSDAY before 6PM
Order THURSDAY BEFORE 12AM for delivery FRIDAY before 6PM
Our delivery rates are as follows:
The minimum order is £30 excluding postage and packaging which is
£6 for orders under £60
Orders over £60 excluding postage & packaging are delivered free of charge.
None of the above shall affect your statutory rights as a customer.
