Optional Sign Up to help manage your orders
If you have not ordered from us before we recommended for your convenience that you sign up to our order tracking system and save your details for use each time you check out. To do this click on sign up on the top left hand side of the page. The order tracking system not only makes checking out very simple it also allows you to see all your previous orders and makes makes re-ordering items very simple. We even try to guide you on which items may required re-ordering.
If you have ordered from us before click here to request a new password. You will need to know the email address you used to order from us so if in doubt please call us. By doing this you will be able to see all your previous orders. However, if you prefer to sign up for a new login you will have to sign up using an email address that has not been used to order from us before.
Once you have signed up or have a login password the next time you return to the site to order you can either log in using the link on the top left hand side of the page or use any link to view your orders which also requests your password.
If you have not logged in and try to checking out you will be given the option to login. We recommend that you do this at it ensures that we have identified you correctly and that our records do not contain duplicate or conflicting information which may make it harder to contact you. It also saves you time by completing all the checkout information for you.
Please note that you DO NOT have to sign up to be able to order if you later want to use order tracking you can simple request a Password from the login page.
Ordering is as simple as A B C
A - Find items
Search for the product you require by using the menu on the left hand side of the page. Items are listed under different headings and you can quickly browse though the catalogue to find the item your require. A faster way of finding some items is to use the search box. Simply enter a phrase or word associated with the item you require and press the search button. If you are not sure of the spelling try to spell it as the word sounds and we try our best to find the item. Searches list the nearest match first and together with associated items and similar types which means that may be able to find many items you require with just one search.
B - Add them to your cart
When you find the product you require, type the amount you require in the quantity box then click the Add to Cart button or if you just require 1 item simply click the button with no value in the quantity box. You will be then taken to the shopping cart page.
If you wish to add more products to your order click the "Continue Shopping" button then repeat process until you have all everything you need in your shopping cart.
To order more than one item on a page without having to view the cart each time you can complete the quantity boxes on more than one item and press the add button on just one of items you require. All the items which have a quantity will be added to the cart. If you use this shortcut method please remember that if you leave the page or refresh it before pressing an add button you will not add any items to your cart.
You may return to view your cart at any time by simply clicking on the "view cart" button at the top left hand side of the page. Also you can change the number of items you require or delete an item.
C - Check out - place the order and Pay
You place your order from the shopping cart page.
Unlike some shopping carts you may have used before we also ask for any vouchers and a delivery date to be selected before checking out. We do this so you that your decision to purchase is based on a full itemised order and final payment. There are no hidden extras and options which are added during checkout.
Our checkout process requires you to complete one page of order information and delivery details then you will be passed to the banks payment gateway. We do not ask for, or hold any card details on our web site; The bank takes your card details using secure communications to their secure payment system . Your payment will be acknowledged online by the Bank and by us when you are automatically returned back to our confirmation page. We will also email when we have checked your order so that you can be sure that order is on it's way.
Sometimes payments may be declined by the bank. This can easily happen for a number of reasons so please note that we will still welcome your order. We will try to contact you to arrange payment and you may also phone us at your convenience.
