Quick and simple pan fried Sea Bream with tomatoes  can be prepared and cooked in under 25 minutes, perfect for a tasty mid-week meal.

Ingredients for the Pan Fried Sea Bream

  • 4 Sea Bream Fillets

  • 1oz Butter

  • 1 Red Chilli Chopped

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes quartered

  • Juice and zest of one Lemon

  • Small bunch of Basil

  • Dash of White Wine (optional)

  • Parsley to Garnish

Method:

  1. Melt butter and oil in frying pan add tomatoes, chopped chilli, garlic, basil zest of lemon cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add Sea Bream and cook on each side approx. 2-3 minutes.
  3. When plated drizzle with Lemon Juice and spoon over tomato and any juices.
  4. Garnish with Parsley.
  5. Serve with crushed baby potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
