The best Monkfish we have found, caught off eastern coast of North America - 200-400g fillets. Some pieces may still have the membrane.


Monkfish may have an extraordinary appearance but once filleted it has a unique firm-textured and meaty white flesh which is perfect for stir-frying or pan-frying or on the BBQ or under the grill as a fish kebab.


Robust flavours such as chilli, soy, sesame, Parma ham,chorizo and smoked paprika all complement Monkfish.


Try serving with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or White Rioja.
